it isnt fat into the future atall

the proccess in itself is simple...

but trial and error needs alot of work etc./. but essentially i can see armies with it in less than 5 years...

*prototypes anyway* im not jocking.. we are advancing at a rapid rate...

if the SAS wore them in say iraq.. even though they aint perfect.. they would sure help alot if they looked EXACTLy like the sand eh?.

EDIT: well the theory would be to get the image from behing you.. and then transpose it onto your front and vice versa i.e front image on back...

once they have figured out a 360 Deg motion camera that can also transpose the correct lighting etc.. they have done half the work....

needing a projector isnt nothing really... what's carrying a small load extra if it means essentially you are invisible...

Predator anyone?

So if do you think if all that stuff is possible now do you think that satlilite bush is babbling about is already up in space?

P.S. The one that can take out any missle that is launched at the U.S.

Check this (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/2386731.stm) out.

Not cloaked but camouflaged. "virtually invisible" almost the same. :)

I can see practical uses of this for stage illusions. Like David Copperfield.

Wait, So lets say I have this Sh*t on, and lets say a nakid girl stands behind me, will I get breasts?

Well, its hard to tell if its fake or not. But im starting to think its fake. In one of the movies, a guy is wearing a cloak. So if you look at him, you can see through him. But when you hold up an object infront of a person, how come you dont see that person behind the object?

But still, if I had the suit on and stuff, and a nakid woman stood right behind me, will I get boobs? :D

I've read a few articles about this stuff already.

One was about making airplanes invisible by covering them with some kind of a flexible lcd screen.
The background is filmed and projected on the airplane.

The other was about 'smart' paint that is developped right now, paint it on the wall and you have a giant TV screen!

I heard as well they're trying to put it into clothes for advertising reasons.

Things are going great, future looks bright, gotta wear shades! B)

Um... You dont have to paint the walls to watch tv on them... You just use one of those perjection things they have at the movies.

Think one step further...
How about painting your WHOLE house with it, inside and outside!
Wow!

well....

ths process in itself is simple...

using a Realtime camera you take the image from behing the user and somehow it gets projected onto the from...

the only two problems i can see is 1, no camera can go that fast and be small....

and how you goaa project it? gonna hve a huge rob infonrt of you with a projector on it?!!
