Disabled @ BTN

Hey guys, I've just discovered I've been disabled @ BTN! How can I go about getting in contact with staff there? I'm assuming it'll involve Irc, the problem is, I don't understand how to use it. I have installed X Chat, but I don't know what to do from there. I discovered this thru searching here, but again I don't know how to implement it properly: irc.omgwtfhax.net
#BTN-Support (#BTN-Disabled if you can't join that one).


I appreciate any help in getting in contact with BTN, so I can figure out what's going on. Thanks

Don't know about Xchat since I'm using mIRC so I will tell you about connecting through the mIRC.
Here's what you need to do:

1)get mIRC
2)write /s irc.omgwtfhax.net (you will connect to their irc server)
3)/j #BTN-Support (or /j #BTN-Disabled)

and you are there. There will be somebody who will ask you to state your issue and rest is up to you.

You can do the exact same thing in X-Chat (mIRC blows chunks anyway).

/nick your_site_nickname
/join #BTN-Disabled

Don't they have a WebIRC applet for those who don't know or want to use a separate client?

I see. The Gazelle source includes one as far as I remember, so I thought they may have.

Did you manage to sort things out with staff?
