According some posts made within the timeframe of yesterday and today, they're officially open for signups via a no-ip.org URL.

i know that because it's not because of "BT Open Registrations Checker"
i know it because they have open registration for 3 days now and there are still places for about 250 other member and the registration link is still available
so yeah it will be open for the next days

The signup page just got changed to "Sorry. Not this time." Does that mean the open signups are over.? :(
