WHAT IS THE DIF BETWEEN VERIFIEDS IN A CAN AND VERIFIEDS HASHES????

Verifieds - Usually single files, like if I had Call of Duty I would post it there.

Verifieds in a Can - Usually larger lists of many files, if I had about 5+ games I would post it there.
