blu-ray .M2TS to MKV Format

Hello Guys,

Need some help big time i am trying to Use BDInfo, TSMuxer and MKVMerge (part of MKVToolNix): to convert a BD Movie to MKV format and running into issues

Here is what i want to do:
Convert .m2ts movie into MKV H264 True HD 1080p with the best quality and add Subtitle to the movie in English

Here what a did so far:
I was able to locate .m2ts file which is a 26gb file
C:\Users\Admin\Documents\Downloads\complete\Monsters vs Aliens\BDMV\STREAM
or it seem's like it to me however under STREAM i fin so many small files as .m2ts format

I will add few images to this post hopefully someone can help
