I dont really understand, seems like you can send an invite or credits to existing users.
I dont have TVT account yet, I will apply for an invite then :) (in cases existing TVT users dont want credits)

Just out of curious, how can you know they are downloading porn or not?

When you invite someone to TvT, you can choose between giving them a small or somewhat higher credit bonus so that they don't have ratio trouble as soon as they get in. You can also send credits to someone else who is a member already. In both cases, they are removed from your upload (obviously) and can't be transferred if you have less than a certain amount of them.

He can check the snatch/seeding/leeching list in your profile. Either that or he doesn't.
