How Do I Patch Ghost Recon?

i try to patch ghost recon but all i get is a message saying i need to install it first , what do i do?

You probably downloaded the myth rip - I dont think you can play that online, or patch it because its a rip...try to get an .iso image of the game, then try to patch it.

You could try opening the update in winzip, winrar...etc

I did that with AOE and it worked

This won't work with rips:(
you need an image(iso,bin,nrg,cdi,ccd etc)

is it possible to patch games, particularly *.bin and *.cue images for online multiplayer.....i got c&c generals the other day, image's, can i patch these for multiplayer....as when i tried to access that feature it said it couldnt locate a particualr file
