BitMeTV, the sister of BitMe(huge E-Learning tracker) it's a private tracker specialized in TV eps torrents, with a aprox. 20.000 registered users and over 32.000 torrents on it's main index. The staff banned all Romanian iP's (only a few static iP's were able to access) a few weeks ago, due cheaters/traders/sellers. Today, the staff decided to give another chance to Romanian torrenters.

bitmetv must be having a hard time competing with btn and freshon.tv these days, this decision could spur activity cause romanians have such fast connections they would not mind a fast tv tracker even if it harder to keep ratio on.

Also, Argentina isn't banned from SCC's signups as far as I know, and the 200.0.0.0/8 and 201.0.0.0/8 blocks aren't exclusive to Brazil, but encompass many Latin American countries.

With the trading spree that will soon follow, I believe this ban will be reinstated in no time.

Its a dying tracker, and they can't do much about it.
