I see lot of similarity in Torrent Day and IPT are the admin same whatever gets uploaded on one trackers gets on other.

Yes, that tends to happen with 0-Day trackers.

But in case of td and ipt even every pack is uploaded on both(ipt packs) that's what make think, though most of the pack are stolen from SCC

I've found that after answering those three questions, I've had much more unrestricted time to enjoy the miserable existence that is life.
