no he meant compensation for flawed copy protected cds(cds that can't be played on computers and certain stereo)

it's cash for ppl

too bad i dont buy cds.... :lol:

He could also be referring to the anti-monopoly findings of US courts that fined RIAA $400+ million for illegal price-fixing and 'enforcement' of prices on CDs in the US over a period of >5 years.
