I use utorrent remote to control my home utorrent box.
Dunno if that's what you are looking for or a native client.

As for native clients, tTorrent (https://market.android.com/details?id=hu.tagsoft.ttorrent.lite&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImh1LnRhZ3NvZnQudHRvcnJlbnQubGl0ZSJd) or aTorrent (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.mobilityflow.torrent&feature=related_apps#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEwOSwiY29tLm1vYmlsaXR5Zmxvdy50b3JyZW50Il0.).

The best is probably Swarm Torrent Client (https://market.android.com/details?id=ws.munday.swarm&feature=more_from_developer#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEwMiwid3MubXVuZGF5LnN3YXJtIl0.), but it's not free. If you find the 1.3.4 version, drop me a PM please.

I managed to use tTorrent with some success, but I'm pretty certain you'll only be able to use it on public trackers.
Anyhow, here's the market link: https://market.android.com/details?id=hu.tagsoft.ttorrent.lite

I think I used the paid version, not sure what lite's limitations are though.

I was looking for a native torrent program, but swarm torrent does seem the best but can only find v1. 2

You could always just buy it and optionally return it for a refund after you've made a copy of the apk.

As far as I'm aware, you have a certain time frame in which you can return the application and they'll give you back your money. If during that time, you make a copy of the apk (you'll need a rooted phone), you can install and use it after you get your refund. When the application updates, you can repeat the procedure.

I use aTorrent and work on private trackers too.

I was curious about this, so I looked it up. aTorrent actually uses the libtorrent library, which is allowed on all the private trackes I'm aware of - sweet.
