You know they had an iPhone knock-off even before the very first iPhone came out. I held it in my hands and started laughing when the sales person was trying to tell me it was the real iPhone that was about to come out. Suffice it to say, it was really really cheap looking.

Hah, well, wasn't there a faux Apple Store in China where not even the employees knew the whole business was a farce?
Chinese imitations are very popular here, considering how overpriced Apple's products are. iPhones and the Blackberry kind with a tiny keyboard and wide screen are the most popular targets. There are even knock-off tablets running Android and all.

Android here as well A Samsung Galaxy running Gingerbread 2.3.5 and an Acer a500 running Honeycomb 3.2.1. I had a Nokia 5800 MusicExpress which was an early touchscreen phone based on Symbian 60 v5, it was really clunky and slow to respond (A shame the phone had some great features), haven't looked back since purchasing Android based products.

I have to say Android would have to be one of the best mobile OS. Its just a lot less fuss then iTunes for iPhone or iPad.

And with the coming of the NVidia Shield, the Gamestick and Ouya, the Android O/S keeps increasing it's platform usability. This along with XBMC being ported to Android means that the O/S is now a gaming platform and a hometheater alternative.
