just take a welding class and learn how i did yrs ago my bro made some for us when we were little but back then he did'nt sharpen them but now :ph34r: osta la vista baby but ya all it takes is a glove and a 2ft piece of sheet metal and a blow torch and a knive sharpener B) trust

It was halloween a few weeks ago... they always have some of those. See if any costume shops have them for sale, I saw some pretty good ones.
