Do you really expect someone to Install some piece of crap, on the words of someone who's just signed up.

OFFLOAD is a decentralized, p2p file storage network. It is the new, anonymous generation of file sharing and file storage like a kind of secure torrent. Download the OFFLOAD client and securely download and store files with OFF-URLs.

p2p decentralized filesharing and filestorage network,
anonymous downloading with speeds like in torrent.
Integrated Friendslist to share best OFF-URLs with your trusted friends .
LinkCloud - Feature to rate OFF-URLs and to send them directly to your friends.
Store files and leave the network, files are still present and shared.
Donīt search, just forward files to your friends.
OFFLOAD uses the wxwidgets gui Framework and is compatible to the offsystem library.

Install?! I think you'd be gullible to even click the link.

Even the url looks suspicious

That's what I originally thought, though I think it might be a sourceforge short url domain?

sf.net has been a shortcut to sourceforge.net for years.

Is this related to the OFF System or do the names just happen to be similar?

sf.net has been a shortcut to sourceforge.net for years.

I've never actually used it to link to Sourceforge, hence the uncertain familiarity.

Look, you're back. If you really want to promote the application, provide a little more than the trite in your first post.

OFF has been around for a long time. It's legit.

But, it's also fail. Filesharing networks require large numbers of users to succeed and the "sales pitch" is just far too complicated.
