ive downloaded a video and at the end of the filename it says instead of like avi or mpeg it says mov and it wont play how do i get it to play or is a total dud??hope not coz ive been looking for it for ages

Either download the free player from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/
or
Get Quicktime 6 Pro from Kazaa

will that play it????coz ive tried it in divx, real one player ,media player ,subviewer ,zoomplayer and bs player but no luck there all my player programs i have??

If it's a true MOV then you need quicktime.

See a file with the .mov extension, and you'll know one thing: you need QuickTime multimedia technology to run it. MOV files can be movie clips, such as Video for Windows' AVI files, or still images, such as GIFs.

Brockster - .mov files are Apple Computer Video files and YES you can play them but only with the Quicktime player. Let us know if you need anything else.
