Skyrim help- adding mods

I am using the Razor1911 iso of Skyrim. My data files area is greyed out so I am unable to install any mods using an .esp or .esm. Is there a way around this problem? Also I would like to add SKSE to the game but it's looking for the Steam folder. There a way around this as well?

The way around it... buy the game? There are some companies that I pirate on principle, and some I only pirate to try before I buy. Bethesda is of the latter sort, and I think they deserve both your and my money. I am not upset about the money I dumped into it through Steam.
