I'm interested about finding connections for importation & exportation of food and related products around Europe mostly.

What are the most trustworthy forums? Are there private forums and such?

I will suggest you to Google international trade forums and you will found many trustworthy forums there.
You might mislead by someone so google and it register forums that seems trustworthy to you. Best of luck!
