Profile customization issue

Just how do you get changes made to your profile's appearance to apply? I've pressed "Save" several times, but despite what it says about my changes being applied they are not. :pinch:

Have you tried repeating the same action on different browsers?

I tried both Opera and IE9. The only difference was that on Internet Explorer I could see the changes being applied as I made them, but they were still gone after "saving" and refreshing the page.

I get the same thing in chrome. Not sure when it broke.
