Question About Adobe Illustrator

What's going guys,
first post...yea baby.. I just had a question about Adobe Illustrator 10 I downloaded it with the patch.
And for a while it worked fine but now all of a sudden everytime I try to open it, it get's stuck loading "scanning for plug-ins illustrator.exe", does anybody know what I could do to solve this problem..

I had the same problem with my Photoshop CS and ImageReadyCS.
No one knew what to do about it, so i just uninstalled it. I have yet to re-install, lol. so i dunno if that works.
but u could give it a try.
