hi i wanted to make sure in what.cd in order to become a PU must you upload 25gb and have a certain ration requirement AND have uploaded a certain amount of torrents yourself, is that correct?

Ah so you do have to upload torrents,..

They have a list of user classes with their respective requirements as every other tracker in existence, just look in their wiki.
