Is it possible to carry on a full and active life if you have one of your livers removed surgically.

I'm a bit short of cash just now and was thinking of selling one to raise some readies. Otherwise there will be no apple in the near future.

What would the worst case scenario be.

I believe that up to 80% of the liver can be removed with no immediate danger. As to a normal live afterwards, leave that to the experts to answer.

That's a bit of a blow.

What about one of my pancreases. Would I have to cut back on the sugary foods ?

Look we aren't talking about making pies here.

This is a serious money raising venture.

Do you think I should try e-bay. 1 testicle + 1 kidney. Must sell as pair.

Should I include a photo ?

I suppose I could take your advice. Sell one of the livers for a trial, say a month.

If it doesn't work out I could always have it put back in.

You could sell your liver and go on the new Strongbow life support drip. Static at the moment, but a portable is in the testing stages. It is not too heavy to carry around. Actually gets lighter afer most alleyways.

You could sell your small intestine by the foot.

Sorry, there is no easy way to break this kind of bad news, you only have 1 liver and don't go trying to sell your spleen either, it too is unpaired.

I normally go for the ASDA 3L at £2.58.

It's even better value than the Strongbow 25% free and it tastes better.

It is the direct cause of some of my most lucid posting in this very place.

I have an order here for a "foot hobbes" but I don't know what it is or which of you to speak to about it.

Why not sell your bodily fluids (not blood)?

They aren't worth much, but if you're like me you produce a lot of them.

That and discipline can result in a hefty savings account:

Mine is currently worth $9.51; and this after only 12 years!

I'm saving for a pint of Glenfiddich for me funeral. :)

vegetables should be cheap, anyway, I would give you some money,
if I had something (At the moment I am not working) or I would also give
you some food. :)

But another issue: I cannot eat whole the time the same, so I am eating
mixed stuff... It is important for your health to eat mixed ;)

And also fast food is not the best as same as coffee (unfortunately coffee tastes good, expecially nescafe): it can cause really not wonderful and not FUNNY
shit problems... I speak from experience! Better soft shit than hard shit...

;) ~nice dreams...

I suggest you get all this written down JP. You realise if you sell half your colon, as indicated earlier. You would not be able to use the other half or semi-colon unless you were beyond the comma stage. Under these condition someone would have to act on your behalf or half as you would have reached by this point.
