Hey all,

It seems like no one here has ever really discussed these, but have you all ever used Sick Beard, CouchPotato or Headphones?

Sick Beard (http://www.sickbeard.com) automates downloading of TV shows based on quality settings you give it. It lets you browse through a show's history and have it download any episodes from the show's backlog.

CouchPotato (http://www.couchpota.to) is similar, but for movies. My only problem with it is that while it does let you set necessary file size ranges for different qualities (i.e. 15 GB to 20GB for 1080P), you can't force it to download the highest filesize available, or at least I haven't figured it out yet.

Headphones is for music (https://github.com/rembo10/headphones).

It would probably help if you were using sabnzbd, as you can have these apps connect to sabnzbd and automatically force it to download whatever nzb's the programs snatch.

I use SAB + Sick Beard for all my TV needs, also have CouchPotato installed but I never had the time to configure properly.

I also use sab + sickbeard + couch potato. The last one doesn't get used all that much. But I do use its post processing in sab by selecting movie as the category. (I'm not good at making my own scripts)

Sickbeard is awesome. I find myself using sickbeard for a lot of my shows instead of my htpc's dvr. Edited commercials are so much nicer.

Been using SB and CP for many months now on my Synology NAS. Initially with SAbnzbd+, but due to memory and CPU-issues I shifted to Nzbget. It's been working flawlessly ever since I started using it.
