software problems

I have windows 7 64bit installed in one hard disk. when i played bb flashback my software's some functionalities had been gone.like in cinema 4d 13 i have same icon for rigid bodies and collider bodies.when i make it enable icon changes ,but no effect of dropping down.in maya no bone moves when I set key only one first bone and other bones in final setted position(i.e bones moves only when i have set key one of zero .two setkey for each bones).Also many other things are gone such as many keys disappear when i make SDK.sometimes some bones not stretch. In max i can't run flag animation. now i have two windows 7 OS(32bit) in two different hard disk. earlier also there were two hard disk. now also same problems. Instead i put cinema 4d v12 earlier it was v13.And maya v2011 earlier it was v2012. and same problems. what should I do.
