I'm not really fouling zig's posts, so I'm without a context, but getting trucked could have a few meanings. Getting fucked, or if you're a New Englander, getting owned. If we're generalizing N.A. usage, truck is a common substitute for fuck, as vulgar language is a bit touchy to most.
