ok,i have a small hdd (4gigs) its temp for mp3s and movies, now its allmost full...everyother minute windoz pop-ups wit the low diskspace icon and i cant close it untill i run diskclean up..is there anyway to turn of this bastard?

Yes. Remove some stuff from the drive or get a larger one.
