When i right-click an item, on the menu which enrolls i have additional commands which i don't want (free sex galleries, or a short cut to a porno site). I got them from a crack site which also gave me a dialer.
How can i (to edit regestry woulde be the best solution here) remove them. I deleted any folders, cookie files and such but they still remain intact.

Run Spybot Search & Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/) and Adaware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/).
These should clean it out for you. ;)

Run ad-ware 6 or spybot search and destroy. Should remove any spyware/dialers from your computer.

I did all that what you said. But the problem is still there :(

Edit: btw, they = additional commands, and one of thoes commands is "(javascript:{document.location='http://sexmaxx.com/freegaleries.htm';} and another is >>>FREE PORNO GALERIES<<<.
Javascript occures when right-clicking a folder, and the galeries link when right-clicking inside of IE window.

Well, if Spybot and Adaware didn't do it for you (I'm assuming you have the latest updated definitions for both Spybot and Adaware), try running HijackThis (http://www.webattack.com/get/hijackthis.shtml) and read this article (http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/hijacked/#removal).

are you talking about the adultlinks toolbar? there is a way to defeat but it is tough and I had to do it twice. Once for a friend, again for my uncle.
Look in the folder "C:\WINDOWS\Application Data" for a program called "Download Plus.EXE". If that is there delete it and then if it is the adultlinks toolbar. Follow these steps.
[1] - Run Spybot Search & Destroy with all updates.
Let iut remove components, then go to run on start menu.
[2] - Regedit
Type regedit.
Find "HKey_Local_Machine\Software", go down to QCBAR. Delete that.
[3] - Delete plugin
"C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\QCBAR"
[4] - Searching
Look in the Program Folder where progs are at and look for empty folder and progs that have no icon. Any that exist, should not be there unless there is a Windows app also. Unless you use dos programs. If something looks like I described. Delete it because it obviously spyware. This is what I did and now there is no spyware on any computers I did this to.
[5] - Restart
Go to start menu, hit shut down, then restart, and ok.
[6] - Search again
Run Spybot Search & Destroy and any stuff left over again. Now you should have defeated this reinstalling spyware.
