Don't know 'bout pops of the tops and that tube thing but you can find uk tv stuff on thebox.biz (often open for signups).

I tend to avoid things with top and pop in their names but I'm not surprised it has been so popular for such a long time.

By any chance you wouldn't be meaning PotUK?..If so It's a general tracker much like, TorrentLeech or IPTorrents.
And thers's not much UK TV programs there.
