Help me upgrade my Video Card please

Right now I have a GTX 280 and it is not compatible with DX11 and am looking to upgrade.

Can someone recommend me a make and model? Looking to spend 2-300 and doesn't have to be new. Is now the best time to buy? I prefer nvidia vs ati/amd

Looking for the best bang for my buck because i don't wanna upgrade in the near future. Also the best(cheapest) place to buy it would be good too.

I've researched the 560ti to a point of absurdity, and I've never read where it has any problems with faulty chips. The 560 series has been one better ranked cards by NVIDIA in some time from what I've seen.

For sub 300 budget, wait for 2-3 more weeks and buy GTX570. Or if you live near to microcentre or can nvisit there, its already ~300 for GTX570.
