Quick Question About Downloading A Movie.

Right now im downloading SWATt on klite and its a [TMD] version , but it seems that on the second part (which is 2 of 2) that when i .avi preview it , it only reaches a length of 8:15 when 40000 kb of it has downloaded .But after lets say 60000-70000 kb is done downloading , it still only reaches to 8:15 ( 8 minutes and 15 seconds). Now does this mean the movie file is a fake? , i experienced this very same problem when i downloaded a [tmd] version of kill bill (1 of 2). Thanks.

Sounds like a fake, but double check by using Videolan to check if AVI runs any further.

its not fake, try using DIVFIX and rebuld index.

:ph34r: Yeah, there are probably some corrupted frames in the movie which make Avi-preview stop at that point. Use either divfix or Vdub Mp3 to fix the file and you're home free.... :ph34r:

this isnt anything to worry about when i downloaded my DVDrip of bruce almighty it stayed on 19 minutes all the way through when i avi previewed it but when it was finished and i used theater all of the movie was there and this movie was 750mb in size!
