Netcom Nb 1300 Router

A friend of mine is using the router quoted in the topic title and wants to get into file sharing.
The problem is, no matter how much he tries, he can't figure out how to set up port forwarding for P2P apps.

Can someone here give some advice on how to do it?
Or just give some links to a Netcom FAQ?

(Yes, we already tried Google but had no luck)

Will try Port Magic, but it's only demo-ware for 2 weeks... it then costs money, and there's no crack... yet.

Anyone got a free solution?
