Help With Start Menu

When I press the start function (when I click on the right mouse
button)
No menu appears i.e shut down,log off,run, help,setting document ect.
Pressing the start with the left mouse button open, explore and find
appears. How do I restore the menu as it applys to a right click on
mouse?

Have you tried restarting your computer?

Sounds like he may have switched his mouse buttons over.
