Basically, you pay for a usenet provider (I suggest Astrweb unlimited @ 11/mo or 96/y), you install a client (sabnzbd), you configure your account info into the client, download an nzb from an indexer (binsearch.info will do for now) and you feed it to your client. Then the magic begins.

You don't communicate in English well enough to represent your issue/problem. Also, you seem to have only waited an hour before you complained about not receiving assistance (I would say you joked about it, but your timing sucked too horrendously to qualify).
