I have DSL and when I download from www.suprnova.org I get slow speeds and I kno to turn off my firewall is there any other reason and on suprnova I tried to click on some links and it says server not found or you don not have permission to acess this site. But once I downloaded off of some else's BitTorrent file and had speeds of 200 Kb/s.
