Ok, so heres the story. My liveupdate for my copy of NAV2k3pro wasnt working, so i uninstalled, and reinstalled it. Upon reinstallation, liveupdate worked, and after the post-installation setup was complete, it prompted for another reboot, which i did...

so the computer boots up as usual, but now, for some reason, i cant open ANY program, whatsoever.
heres an example of the error i get... (sorry for the quality...)

The only way to open any program freely is by right-clicking in my computer, and opening a Command Prompt.
Also, there are new options in my right-click menu: "Lock" and "Run as..."
Lock doesnt work, but Run as does. When I click on Run as, i'm presented with this security window:

sorry for the crappy quality, had the take the picture with my digital camera.. as my computer isnt functioning properly, and i'm on another computer...

If i untick "protect my computer..." and hit OK, the program will open. But doing that is only unique to that one single occasion. If i try to open that same program again, or any other program, i have to go through the same process. (note: opening through the command prompt is void of these steps).

This is all i know right now. I dont know why this happened. help me out!

The Print Screen button is right next to F12. Press it. Open Paint. Press Ctrl+V. :D

rename a file

and add a .com next to it
