Copying Dvd Files

I just wanna know can u copy the files from a DVD CD to your hard drive...

i tried this and i got an error,

i need 2 copy the DVD files 2 my hard drive cos my DVD drive is total shit, and every time i try and rip a movie from a DVD CD it gives me an input error....

so i just wanna know if there is a prog that can copy the VOB files 2 your hard drive...
