If I have a 300MB video clip, is there newhere I can host it on the internet for free?

im guessing u either ran out of HD space, or you want to store your porn somewhere other than your computer because you're not the only one that uses it.

unless you want to break your 300mb file up into 300 pieces, i dont think youll find a hosting site. most hosts dont let you upload files bigger than 1mb to prevent people like you from doing this kind of stuff. sorry mate

you can get online hard drives bbut they only about 200 megs if your lucky

if you can,use winamp 2.91 with the nsv tools and shoutcast to broadcast it from your own box
just like using shoutcast to broadcast music streams
check out winamp.com on thier boards there is plenty of how to's
you may have to convert it to an nsv compatable format,dunno i only streamed a few vids from my end to some bros of mine and it worked fine
just one thing it doesnt work with winamp 3 as far as i know,have to have 2.91 and so do the viewers
i would also get an app called fireserv to work as a server for you box as well as shoutcast and the nsv tools

are you wanting the file hosted for others to download, or because you've run out of storage space and can't back it up?

well, the chances of finding a free host who will allow large downloads are so slight you can kiss that idea goodbye

the best bet would probably be a private ftp, learn more about them here (http://www.klboard.ath.cx/index.php?showtopic=11599)
