why, it should fit on 1 cd as is, unless you want to convert it to vcd/svcd then you need to convert it with tmpgenc then use the built in tools to split the file, conversely you should look into kvcd, you can fit the complete movie on 1 disc

kvcd in my sig :D pretty strait forward, should check out http://www.dvdrhelp.com they have allot of good guides for tmpgenc if your dvd player can't play kvcd

tmpgenc is not that hard, just looks overwhelming at first as with anything new, just play around with it, are follow a guide

I would recommend you use Easy Video Splitter.

It can be downloaded from:

TMPGEnc--->

file -> mpegtools -> merge and cut -> Add (your file) -> output "browse not anoth..CD1"
-> edit, put tge curser somewere in the middle and select " } " ->OK -> run

CD2 -> same as CD1 -> select at the place wher you selected " } " this one " { " and at the end " } " -> output same only CD2 -> run.

FINISHED rather easy I think.
