What is the extension of the file you are wanting to convert, pps or ppt? You can always change it to ppt and then dismantle it piece by piece if you should desire. I am not a Flash expert so imprting it to flash is where I would have to defer to another member, however dismantling a powerpoint presntation is not difficult, depending on the files and documents it contains it actually can be rather simple.

yes i know.
i use presentation to video converter (http://www.geovid.com/Presentation_to_Video_Converter) for that purpose. it can convert powerpoint ppt or pps files to video (+ an option of cd/dvd burning) and also to flash swf and flv, and to animated gif. very useful app.
