In an attempt to keep it confined to things in about the range of quality and cultural significance as that mentioned above, I'm going to say:

Ghettoblaster (1996)

or

Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989)

or

Biodome (1996)

A little known fact is that all of those were also based on a true story. True story.

Just for future reference, for something to be 'classic' it has to stand the test of time, not the short attention span of your fuzzy little A.D.D. brain, but a true test of time, usually most things are regarded as a classic after 20-30 years.
While we are on the subject of short attention spans though, the thread title as I recall asked about a 'single' movie, what 'single' movie is an outstanding classic, now I know this may hurt, but think s l o w l y, and you may come up with an answer, or have an embolism, I'm not fussed which.

I think I already said that I realize your persona here is completely fictitious.
Anyway usually I'm all "whatever floats your boat" but I just don't get the point of misrepresenting yourself here unless it gives you some sense that because you're "putting stuff over" on other people that somehow makes you think that you are better than them.

I would probably do that too but since I've been exercising a lot if I want to feel better than other people I generally just stand there and flex my calves.
The best part is if I'm wearing long pants then they don't even know I'm belittling them.

If, by classic you mean masterpiece......

I'm personally going with the definition that a "classic" film is one that has timeless appeal.
That leaves room for old and new movies and also those that failed to find a wide audience or even critical acclaim when first released.

Or maybe the best way to consider the term "classic" is that while you may not be able to precisely define what it is,you still know it when you see it.
