Hd-torrents.org account is disabled

Hello everyone,
i have (had) an account at Hd-torrents.org for 3 years now, i had about 1,3 TB upload and about 400 GB download.
a few days now i cannot loggin to the site, the only rule that i "might" have broken is the one about 25 GB download every 3 months that i found
out about just now.
Are there any options fo me? Is there a way to talk to a staff member and ask for reactivation? Maybe an irc or email address.
If any member here has any information that can help...

25.06.2012 There are 2949 Users who have not fulfilled the requirement to download 15 GB within the last 90 days. Please note if you are bellow the 15 GB limit and you have pm with warning about your quarterly quota, your account will be disabled on 1-st of the next month. So hurry up and make the Quarter.


quarter will finish on 1st of next month and quarter traffic is 15 gb not 25 gb
so maybe there is other reason for disabling your account
