camatasia 8 not recording audio

in recorder this is selected
1) do not record microphone
2) record Microphone and system audio



and if i select and unselect
1)record Microphone and system audio


its says
please select a micro phone on a sound card that supports system audio recording


also the audio bar is multicolored sometimes otherwise it is always white.

but was checkMark on
1) do not record microphone
on camtasia 7 installed on earlier whose software i have deleted from system and hard disk also.
