I'd try searching for it here (http://gen.lib.rus.ec/) first.
They have DDLs to a lot of books.

No you cant use sabnzbd to post requests on usenet. Since everybody seems to be throwing out ridiculous responses in this thread why don't you try requesting it on IRC? Here's a nice walkthrough.
