For TV content - torrents:

BTN (https://broadcasthe.net/index.php) has some of the more popular stuff

For movies, I don't know of a specialist tracker or Warez site, but have found Pass the Popcorn (http://passthepopcorn.me/index.php) and TehConnection (http://tehconnection.eu/index.php) to have not bad collections.

Dunno about Warez or general trackers ...
