i used emule 7 years ago, it's slow as hell, if you don't have any sources for what you download you can stay weeks/months and it won't download and it has the worst peering.

That applies to all forms of P2P ;)

eMule isn't dead, and for a repository of old and rare files it's still excellent.

True, if i don't have at least few sources to get my files from emule it's likely it won't download.

i'm talking about very old stuff where you barely see 1 source to download and it never connects.
