At the risk of setting off " the master race of " of elite cue writers, I've always found winiso saves a lot of hassle.
There, I've said it. Let the bullshit begin

Open up Nero.
If the wizard pops up, close it. Close the 'New compilation' dialog too.
Go to 'Recorder' > 'Burn Image...'
Locate and open up the BIN file.
In the 'Foreign image settings' dialog, check the 'Raw data' box and make sure 'Data Mode 1' is selected. Click OK.
Burn away.
:) Thanks Johnny_B :)
Now i can get my son of my back, it seems to be going ok.
Note
Do you use "Raw data" and "Data mode 1" for all Bins or just Games?
Cheers again

'Raw data' has to be checked for every BIN file you burn.
'Data Mode 1' is to burn computer CD-ROMs only.
