Okay, less than 30 days left for...

"Under The Dome" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_J_iF83YUY)

The Stephen King book was awesome! :)

Please feel free to post more trailers or comments in this thread.

(Hope this does it justice!) :alien:

Well... a bit of a deviation from the book, but it is still entertaining. It's only the first episode, so we will have to see what the future holds. :)

I thought it was OK if like you said blanded down for American network TV which if you really think about it, sort of defeats the whole point.

Anyway King's strength as a writer has always leaned more toward character than plot and a series (hopefully) gives a better chance to showcase this.

I could have done without the fake split in half cow though.I mean if you want to include something like that at least have the balls to make it semi-realistic.That is unless the U.S. has found a way to develop organless bovine.

found a way to develop organless bovine.

Judging from the way our citizenry stands up to nothing our government does, the bovines aren't the only ones without guts. :sadwalk:

I also watched a sneak preview of Ray Donovan.
It was shite.

I also watched the pilot of Crossing Lines.
It was shite but with foreigners.

Tend to agree on that second one. :yup:

(Plus it had shite audio for me.) :alien:

(FYI... King's new one "Joyland" was decent. Finished it last night... nice... left me with a few tears.)

It could have been better.... But, could not ONE person in the show ask the question, wether it was possible to dig underneath?... if they are they trying to push the plot by overlooking some obvious points then they will lose me quick...

Agreed! ...although it only may be a matter of time before they do. :alien:

(One can only ponder the "other" attempts they may make.) ;)
