i saw a film years ago (probably about 13 years), it was about a cop that was mega, mega, mega fast at running........until he saw red, then he just kinda dropped!

i think it was called supertrooper, but i'm not sure.

has anyone seen this, or vaguely remember it? none of my m8s have a clue, they think i'm i'm making it up, so i've wagered a bet on it
