I have a question:

I want to save some web pages for my personal files. But when I go to File: Save As...it gives me four options under Save As type:

Web Page complete
Web Archive single file
Web Page HTML only
Text File

Which one should I chose if I want to save a web page so I can always read it from my computer? I know one of these options only allows you to save to your computer but once the main web site takes that off, then when you click on the saved file, the web page may show expired (or something like that).

Any ideas?

No dude- I know how to save them but I want to make sure I use the correct option so say, maybe, 6 months from now I want to read the article again. Sometimes web sites take things off their sites and if I save it wrong it the wrong way I may be unable to read them again because the article was taken off....know what I mean?

Do it Complete if you want the pictures displayed and more than just the front page. Adjust the settings to the deepness of pages (links) you want

what you want to do is save it as Web Page complete.. this will save the whole page as an html and add all the little jpg and gifs where they need to be :)
but remember to save it in a folder you want and remember that folder

your welcome in advance

Dude- thank you but if I save it as HTML and open it with notepad, all I get is the codes. Not the actual data.

What would happen if I were to save it as Web Archive? Would it still be avalible to me even when the web site takes the page down?
