Cheers
You need to download Mirc which I have for you below.
http://domania.us/LWN2003/Kazaalite/mirc612.exe
Then u need a script which I have called Invision 2.0 below
http://domania.us/LWN2003/Kazaalite/i2b2520.exe
This is the Invision Patch
http://domania.us/LWN2003/Kazaalite/setup.exe
After installing mIRC v6.1 and [closing it first and then] installing Invision v2.0 bld 2520, when you go to run mIRC, you will be presented with the following error message:
"A serious error has occured during script boot. Invision will not function correctly under this condition and therefore will be forced to shutdown in 60 seconds. Please scroll through the Status Window Text and try and locate the error. Errors by default will appear in green type and be preceeded by *. If you need help solving the problem please contact Invision Support at
[email protected]"
This Fix has been created as a temporary solution to this problem (temporary until the next version release of Invision) so that you can still get Invision v2.0 bld 2520 to work with the new mIRC v6.1.
c. How to Install:
------------------
1. Install mIRC v6.1 to the default location of C:\Program Files\mIRC. If you're upgrading from previous versions of mIRC, you must either uninstall the old version or install the new version OVER the old version, into the default directory in either case.
2. Make sure mIRC is closed.
3.Install Invision into the same exact directory as your mIRC. It should be left at C:\Program Files\mIRC for reasons which I'll explain later.
4. Run the setup.exe Fix file and let it install to your mIRC directory. The default is "C:\Program Files\mIRC."
5. Now open mIRC and you should be able to run it with no ScriptGuard error at startup.
d. What This Fix Does:
----------------------
This fix does not install any trojan, virus, or malware whatsoever. All it does is change a part of the Invision script that checks what version of mIRC you're running to allow you to use it with the new version of mIRC. It changes the script from looking for either mIRC v6.01, 6.02 or 6.03 to any version above v6.02. Therefore, this fix should also work for all future versions of mIRC as well although hopefully we will have a new Invision version release by then to play with.
e. Notes:
---------
1. I noticed the Invision Sound Manager pop-up dialogue is blanked out in the new mIRC v6.1. There are still sounds, and apparently you can still make adjustments to the sounds settings, you just can't see what adjustments you're making.
2. In my testing, I found that mIRC v6.1 must be installed to its default location i.e.: "root drive"\Program Files\mIRC, otherwise Invision will be installed corrupt i.e. the sounds don't work, when you make changes to the Main Settings dialogue and click 'apply' you get an error msg, and the uninstaller doesn't work properly.
3. In my testing, I also found that you cannot have mIRC v6.1 installed to two directories with Invision installed to both of those mIRCs (or even if one mIRC is v6.1 and the other is v6.03) or Invision displays the same "ScriptGuard Error" message at startup. Therefore, if you are upgrading from mIRC v6.03 to mIRC v6.1, it's not possible to install the new mIRC to a separate directory to test it out if you also want to use Invision on it. You must either install the new mIRC version over your old one OR uninstall the old one, then install the new version (into the default install directory, don't forget) OR install the new mIRC into a separate directory to test out and get familiar with it but don't use Invision on it.
