It's been my experience with trying to get faster downloads you can't excede your bandwith or the bandwith of the person who you are downloading from.

This is why if you want speed you leech from 10+ people at once.

After all, a typical cablemodem or DSL line may be able to download at 1,024 kilobits/sec but only upload at 128 kilobits/sec -- so it takes 8 or more uploaders to max out 1 downloader.

Too bad we can't all do this at once...
